Chablis 1er Cru 'Fourchaume', Domaine Marcel et Blanche Fevre 2020

This benchmark 50 hectare estate is now in the hands of fourth-generation Gilles Fevre and his wife Nathalie, recently joined by their daughter Julie. Like their Village Chablis, the 1er Cru Fourchaume is vinified entirely in stainless-steel, resulting in a very pure, concentrated expression of Chardonnay with intense, slightly fuller and almost honeyed fruit and wonderful freshness and elegance.
