Côtes de Provence Rosé, Domaine Pinchinat 2023

Quintessential and superb value pale, dry Cotes de Provence pink from vineyards grown organically for many years now and situated at quite a high altitude to benefit from cooler temperatures. This is predominantly Grenache so full of soft, juicy strawberry/peach fruit with some Syrah and Cinsault for acidity, freshness and a touch of white pepper. An ideal partner to most Mediterranean dishes.
